Is loaned at the discretion of the New Ways Partners. Their decision to provide event equipment or not is final.

Must be returned in the same condition as provided. Any damage will incur full replacement costs charged to the borrowing organisation.

Must be uplifted from and returned to Scottish Borders Council, Newtown St Boswells, by the agreed date as other organisations may be waiting to use them.
